Snap ADU was tasked to build an ADU in San Diego. For those not familiar, an ADU is an Accessory Dwelling Unit used for a variety of purposes in people’s backyards. Sometimes it’s a rental property or a guest house.
This ADU was to sit about 20ft from shrubs. The project called for the flame-stalling capabilities of Firepoint.
Firepoint saved material costs and the need for multiple crews. Better yet, the homeowner has peace of mind that whomever occupies their ADU is protected.
